Value Communication

Value communication is the strategic process of translating complex clinical, economic and humanistic evidence into a clear, compelling and structured narrative that is tailored to the needs of specific healthcare decision-makers. It is a mission-critical activity that links evidence generation to successful market access.

Medical device and life sciences companies routinely produce strong clinical and economic data yet fail to secure procurement or reimbursement because their value materials are poorly structured, technically dense or disconnected from what decision-makers actually need to hear. Effective value communication therefore requires a clear understanding of each audience’s decision criteria, the ability to construct messages that are grounded in evidence and tailored to context, and the discipline to present complex data in formats that are accessible without being simplistic.

I develop value communication materials — including global value dossiers, payer slide decks, procurement submissions and objection-handling frameworks — that are structured around the decision-maker’s requirements and designed to withstand scrutiny in formal evaluation settings.
